Michael Brown I agree but a conference proceedings is usually far shorter than the final refereed paper and the two texts thus differ significantly. In this case the 2002 and 2015 manuscripts seem to be almost identical, despite the passage of time and different lead authors.

Mordecai-Mark Mac Low The cited article only shows the abstract and introduction, so it is hard to judge. If the claim that the rest of the paper is also identical holds,

then not citing the previous conference proceedings does appear to be a fairly serious error.

결국 표절여부의 기준에 대한 약간의 의견차는 있지만 결과가 identical 하다면 무조건 레퍼를 해야된다는데는 이견이 없네
