If only you had become perfect at least as animals!

But to animals belongs innocence.

Do I exhort you to kill your senses? I exhort you to innocence of the senses.

Do I exhort you to chastity? With some, chastity is a virtue,

but with many it is almost a vice.

And I offer you this parable:

Not a few who sought to drive out their devil entered into the swine themselves.

Those to whom chastity is difficult should be dissuaded from it,

for it not to be the way to filth and lust of the soul.

자위 치고 싶으면 치는게 좋다고 생각해

근데 몸에 무리가 가는게 느껴지면

zinc,  saw palmetto 이런거 먹어가면서 해봐

확실히 몸에 무리가 덜 가는 느낌임
