프래그먼트 문제 많다고 남용하지 말라던데 

그래서 bottom navigation 보통은 fragment로 만들지만

나같은 경우는 activity 라이브러리 가져와서 전부 activity로 짜고

viewpager 같은거만 fragment로 사용했는데
