out 키워드 버전 : ",,,,".Parse(out AuthenticationHeaderValue)

이런식으로 그리고 확장시에는 using static ....Extension 클래스 식

참고로 시샵에는 using static 이라고 정적클래스 멤버를 로컬화시키는 키워드 있음.
