openssl, crypto등 암호 알고리즘 라이브러리를 이용하여 AES 암복호화를 구현하시오.

사용 프로그램 언어 제한 없음

1. 암호화 

 - 입력값 : Key, IV, Plaintext

- 결과값 : Ciphertext

2. 복호화

 - 입력값 : Key, IV, Ciphertext

- 결과값 : Plaintext

- 아래 테스트 벡터를 이용하여 해당 결과값이 올바르게 나와야 통과
