아니면 

char* cstr

둘 다 좋아요.

cstr 은 아직 선언 안했어요. 

여기로 "abcd" 이렇게 옭기고 싶은데 이게 가능하나요?

여기서 함수들 보고 있는데 다 char* 이것만 쓰지 char[], char temp[15],  들은 안쓰고 구글링 해도 안나오네요.
