time_t mytime이랑 char buf[1024]가있다?

얘를 read로 읽었어 똑같은 파일의 똑같은 부분 오프셋 조정해서
read(fd, &mytime, sizeof(time_t));
read(fd, buf, sizeof(time_t));
그럼 memcmp(&mytime, buf)의 값은
0이어야되는거아님?
