쿠키는 ci_c와 PHPSESSID만 있으면 되는 거 이미 확인했고, ci_t - id - block_key 순으로 순서도 맞춰 줬고,
헤더 순서는 RFC2616의 정의에 따라 해석과는 관계 없는데
디시 서버가 아파치를 사용하니 RFC는 준수했을거 아냐.
파이썬 내장 URLencode는 아스키로 인코딩하는거 이미 확인했고
근데 안됨 ㅋㅋㅋㅋㅋ
