I'm sorry for any inconvenience caused by the charges you've encountered. I've reviewed your account and it looks like you exceeded your monthly usage limit 


for 1 GB of snapshot storage thus accruing charges.

I can confirm that these resources have since been terminated therefore, as a one time exception, I've added a credit to your account for $1.00 


which will absorb the charge on your current January invoice so you will not be expected to pay this amount.
