Your Christ self – Ascended Master Resources

On the old chart, the figure that sits at the nexus of the figure-eight is your Christ self.

It is the mediator between the I AM Presence and the lower being lost in duality, specifically the Conscious You. We might say that your Christ self is a spiritual teacher that is sent to you after you lost contact with your higher Being. It is inside your container of self, and thus you can reach it at any time by focusing on your heart and activating your intuitive faculties. Jesus talked about the Christ self in the following quotes:

It does not take any superhuman or psychic abilities to hear the still, small voice of your Christ self. However, take note that your Christ self does NOT look at you or your life through your current perception filter. In fact, the purpose of your Christ self is to – in any situation – offer you an alternative to your current perception filter.

【〔여러분의 그리스도 자아의 낮은, 작은 목소리〕를 듣는 것】은 【어떤 초인적인 혹은 초자연적인 능력】도 필요하지 않습니다. 하지만, 『【여러분의 그리스도 자아】가 【여러분의 현재 지각 필터를 통해서】 【〔여러분〕 혹은 〔여러분의 삶〕】을 보지 않는다는 것』에 주목하세요. 사실은, 【〔여러분의 그리스도 자아〕의 목적】은 『여러분에게 【〔여러분의 현재 지각 필터〕에 대한 대안】을 - 어떤 상황에서도 - 제공하는 것』입니다.

This does not mean that your Christ self offers you some absolute or ultimate truth, because your Christ self knows exactly what you can and cannot accept based on your current perception filter. Thus, the goal of your Christ self is to offer you a frame of reference that is one step above your current perception.
