4 When you truly experience the wall of light, visualize that your I AM Presence lights a spiritual fire under your feet. This fire is composed of violet light of an intense, almost electric, appearance. The fire burns from a place under your feet, but the flames envelop your body and your energy field, filling the space inside the wall of white light.

5 The violet fire has the power to transmute negative energies stored in your personal field. These energies tend to gravitate to the lower half of your field. Visualize a concentrated violet flame burning in the lower part of your field and consuming all toxic energies.

6 Focus your attention on the center of your chest, at the height of your heart. Visualize a spiritual flame burning in the center of your chest. It is an unfed flame, meaning that it burns without fuel.

7 Visualize that you walk into this spiritual flame. A doorway, portal or tunnel opens up. This passageway leads into another realm, a world in which everything is light.

8 As you come through the passage, you find yourself in a beautiful garden. The garden is surrounded by walls that are covered with flowering vines, and it has flower beds with numerous beautiful flowers that fill the air with their fragrance. In the distance, birds are singing.

9 As you walk into the garden, you come upon two seats that are facing each other. You sit down in one seat, and your spiritual teacher is sitting in the other seat, facing you. You can visualize the teacher as your Christ self or as a particular religious figure, such as Jesus, Buddha or another spiritual master. If you choose to visualize your Christ self, you might see it in a human form that radiates an intense white light.

10 Give yourself a minute to feel completely at peace in this tranquil garden. Allow yourself to feel the radiation of your spiritual teacher. Your spiritual teacher has no judgment towards you or anything you have ever done. Your teacher radiates unconditional and infinite love for your soul. Allow yourself to feel that love.

11 When you feel enveloped in the love of your teacher, briefly direct your attention toward a problem, question or situation for which you want to receive a deeper understanding. Present the situation to your teacher, either in words or images. Then, ask your teacher for understanding. For example, you might say, “Please give me a deeper understanding of this situation.”

12 After you make your request, allow yourself to let go of the situation or problem. Focus your attention on the spiritual teacher or the beautiful garden. Allow yourself to be absorbed in the peace, tranquility and love of your surroundings.
