**I2:** When entering battle, increase ATK.


**I3:** At the start of turn, when [Cosmic Energy] reaches a certain number of layers, increase Crit DMG to all. When it reaches a higher number of layers, increase Incantation Might to all. At the end of turn, if a number of 3-star incantation has been used, increase self Moxie.

Mass Mental DMG. Dispell random numbers of [Stats Up][Pos Status] on all enemies, then deals DMG. Afterwards, give [Level Adjustment] to all allies.
