처음으로 트랙에서 돌아봤는데 직선러닝보다 좀 지치는느낌

요근래에 학교도안가고 비대면이라서 밥-게임-잠 반복하다가 좀 오래걸으면 다리 존나후들거리길래 심각함을 느끼고 러닝뛰는중 ㅋㅋ
 
한달동안 러닝, 3키로 휴식없이러닝, 10키로 러닝 목표잡는중
