As of 12/16, we are planning for all existing orders to be shipped by the last week in December. Oldest orders are the highest priority, however even for orders that were placed near the end of November there may be over one hundred cases before them in the production queue. We are very sorry for the continuing delays, and are doing everything that we can to get cases sent out as fast as possible.
