이거 내가 그 해외대회 주최자한테 정리해서 주려고했던 편지임
개빡쳐서 이거 쓰고 있는데 스카이프에서 흥분해서 막 쏟아낸 거 만으로 이미 나한테 물어봤던 주최자가 납득해버려서 쓸 기회가 없었음;;
민철경 코멘트나 이거저거 더 추가해서 아예 해외 커뮤에 올려버리면 좋을 거 같은데
영어 잘하는 사람 없냐?

If there is someone who watched Dark’s twitch, you could see that mentioning Life and other matchfixers is forbidden in Dark’s twitch chat. Actually you can talk about them when you criticize the matchfixing cases, but cannot mention them in a positive way. Dark asked his viewers not to do that.
Most of viewers respect Dark’s chat rule, but still some of them feel curious why Dark and his Korean fans even don’t want to see the matchfixers’ names in the chat; many of them asked me why.
I’m not writing this to persuade anyone to hate Life.
If it was true that there was coercion, okay, it can lessen my hatred about Life, but still it can not be the reason that I should forgive and accept him as an SC2 player. Most criminals have their own personal reasons. But because of Life, his colleagues lost their jobs. All the staff of pro-teams lost their jobs too. As I told you, I want to see their "evidence" with that they insist that Life was threatened, but it won't change my mind. Since the destroyed Korean pro-scene cannot be changed even with it.
I already saw you were so prudent considering all the details when you hold the showmatch... so I believe that you will understand how serious this situation is. But I will translate some comments and interviews of Korean players about matchfixing to help you understand.
Life's matchfixing is definitely one of the main causes of the death of the Korean pro-scene. I did not exaggerate the case because of my personal hatred. Choya (the headcoach of MVP) said in his stream "The reason Proleague ended is because of matchfixing". And Crank (a caster and ex-SC2 progamer) also said in his stream "Even if it was my closest friends who matchfixed, I would not ever forgive them and won't see their faces again."
Dark also mentioned in his interview (http://www.fomos.kr/esports/news_view&entry_id=34408):
"It was matchfixing - one of the main causes of the death of Proleague, which was also the reason that my team disbanded. I was outraged. You can regain popularity, but trust for players cannot be returned easily. Audience numbers increased from 2014 and there were many viewers until the end of 2015. But after the matchfixing cases, all the efforts from players and staff were basically rendered useless. Those people who destroyed our Korean scene, and the ones who matchfixed but were not caught (I want to believe there's no one but there must be) should be having a guilty conscience reading my interview."
Iloveoov (the headcoach of SKT) was interviewed about matchfixing a few years ago. This is about sAviOr's case, but you can refer it to understand how Koreans think about matchfixers. (http://m.inven.co.kr/webzine/wznews.php?idx=64737&iskin=esports)
"I heard that Bisu considered playing an event match with sAviOr on his stream. If Bisu plays a game with sAviOr, he becomes the same person as sAviOr. After the matchfixing case, young players in SKT came to me and cried, asking me if they would ever get opportunities to play as progamers (they were worried that pro teams could disband). Knowing this situation, is Bisu getting along with sAviOr? If yes, then he is the same person as sAviOr. It's the same for other streamers. If someone who really loves the esports pro scene thinks of the players seriously, they will understand that they cannot get along with matchfixers. I got angry that Bisu even considered playing a game with sAviOr. I sincerely hope Bisu won't do that."
After this interview, Bisu told everyone that he would not ever play with matchfixers, including sAviOr. And he has kept his promise until now.
I'm just surprised that foreign fans don't understand how Koreans feel about matchfixing. I saw some people translating Korean players' interviews - If they can read the Korean articles, they should have known these things. I guess some of them are fans of the matchfixers, so that's the reason they are filtering out the real responses from Korea.
