올렸던 게시물도 자꾸 사라지고, 갤 내 분위기 흐려지는 것도 싫어하시는 분이 많았던거 같네요. 죄송합니다.


갤 관리하시는 분께서도 유하게 처리해주신것 같던데,

본의 아니게 분란을 많이 일으켰던것 같습니다. 미안합니다.


최초 글(삭제된)을 제가 올리기전에 보았던 갤내 공지글이나 다른분들이 게시해두신 글들을 보고

여기에서는 이야기해도 되는가보다 해서

그래도 혹시나 실수가 있을까, 갤 분위기에 맞지 않아도 최대한 어투나 문체에 조심해서 글을 올렸던건데

같은 생각을 하는 분들이 있나보다 하는 약간 들뜬 마음에 부족한 글이 게시되어 오해가 많이 생겼던것 같습니다.


갤 내에 불쾌감을 느끼셨던 분들께 사과드리겠습니다.


영문 이메일들과 교육부에서 답이와서 올려둡니다.

아래 내용은 마스킹을 제외한 출처나 어떤 내용도 제가 임의로 수정한 것이 없습니다.

Please note that BSC and MSc are protected titles in Switzerland, and they can never offer these degrees. This is illegal!


So, in conclusion, SBS has no single affiliation with this institution and is not involved in any form of collaboration with this institution.

First of all, it is important to say that in Switzerland responsibility for education lies mainly within the cantons and only to a limited extent with the federal authorities. Particularly in terms of higher education, each canton is autonomous and exclusively competent for public universities and private educational institutions on its territory.


At federal level according to the Higher Education Act (HEdA), institutional accreditation is mandatory for higher education institutions (public and private), wishing to use the reserved designations “university”, “university of applied sciences”, “university of teacher education” and derived designations such as “university college” or “UAS college”. This also applies to designations in languages other than Swiss national languages. Other designations such as “academy”, “school”, “institute”, etc. may remain unreserved and do not require accreditation at federal level. These may although be protected under the legislation of each canton.


The “SBS Swiss Business School” is a private institution and is accredited in accordance with the Higher Education Act (HEdA), as you can see on the official list published by the Swiss Accreditation Council: https://akkreditierungsrat.ch/akkreditierungsentscheide/institutionelle-akkreditierung/


The partner schools of SBS Swiss Business School are listed on the website of SBS: https://www.sbs.edu/our-partner-schools/


The “Swiss ----------------------- S-----” is not known by our services and it’s not accredited in Switzerland. Programmes are also not recognized. As you can see under the link to SBS, the S----- is not listed as a partner school.


Education institutions that are not accredited can also award degrees. However, these degrees do not entitle the holders to direct access to further studies in the (public) university system in Switzerland and are not recognized for the exercise of regulated professions in Switzerland. Private institutions are able to legitimately carry out their activities in Switzerland by virtue of principle of economic freedom. They may also use a name that is not subject to an accreditation requirement. However, this does not mean that Swiss authorities recognize the studies offered, nor the examinations passed nor the qualifications issued.
