From what we can see in the photos and description you provided, this appears to be image persistence which is a type of behavior that is normal with LCD displays and it should resolve over time (repair or replacement is not needed to be done). Certain games (non-vsynced ones) or applications like videos in desktop mode may be more affected. Our recommendation is for in those scenarios where you get the image persistence that you can try lowering the refresh rate of the display a bit under 60Hz (you may want to play with the number a bit you set it too to see what gives you the best results) for the game that you get them from.

You can adjust the refresh rate while in game on a per game basis by using the "..." quick access button > Performance > Advanced View > Refresh Rate, and also in desktop mode in the Settings > Display Monitor > Display configuration.
