큰 소리가 날때(폭발음,격발음 등등) 왼쪽 스피커에서 찢어지고 튀는 소리가 나서 RMA 문의함.

그랬더니 어떤 게임이냐, 어떤 상황에서 나냐 온갖 질문을 해서 다 상세히 답변 적어보냄.

Thanks for the clear description. If the issue is only happening only at high volumes with the speakers and not at all with headset/headphones then it sounds like you are just encountering the automated speaker protection function of the Deck. This function will reduce/cut audio abruptly in order to protect the Deck's physical speakers from audio that is too loud and could damage them.


As a note, this may not happen uniformly across all your games as some games are mixed very loud and can be more likely to trigger the speaker protection.

명확한 설명 감사합니다. 문제가 스피커의 높은 볼륨에서만 발생하고 헤드셋/헤드폰에서는 전혀 발생하지 않는 경우 Deck의 자동 스피커 보호 기능이 발생한 것 같습니다. 이 기능은 Deck의 물리적 스피커를 너무 커서 손상시킬 수 있는 오디오로부터 보호하기 위해 오디오를 갑자기 줄이거나 끊습니다.


참고로 일부 게임은 매우 큰 소리로 혼합되어 스피커 보호를 트리거할 가능성이 높기 때문에 모든 게임에서 균일하게 발생하지 않을 수 있습니다.
