병(vial)은 5인분.


천천히 상하 뒤집기 10회로 흔들어 분말가루(30mcg) 흐트리고


주사기로 백신 식염수(1.8mL)를 넣고 다시 상하 천천히 흔들어 균일 섞고


다시 주사기를 5회 꽂고 매회 1인분(6mcg, 0.36mL)
