가나슈는 요거트 향이 슬쩍 올라오면서 상큼하고,
뒤따라 피스타치오 페이스트랑 어우러지면서 맛에 좀 더 무게가 더해져ㅎㅎ.
항상 가나슈 필링으로 채울 때면 타이밍이 참 어려운 것 같아ㅜㅜ
다음번엔 좀 덜 기다려야지 하면서도, 사진 찍고 하다보면 어느새 굳어가고 있더라고ㅋㅋ.. 진짜 담번엔 좀 더 잘 해봐야지...!
