엄마의 조언에 따라 버터는 마지막에..
근데 이때 알았어야하는게.. 버터 너무 크게 썰어넣었....
원래 영상에선 밀가루에 버터 넣어서 뒤적거리면서 버터가 좀 녹고,
으깨지는데, 전 마지막에 넣어서 버터가 너무 큼직큼직하고 뭉쳤었네요.

굽다가 문제점 하나 더 나왔어요.
영상에선 컨벡스오븐 180도 10분 예열 후 맨 윗단에 170도,15분인데
가스오븐에 하니 구워지는거보다, 버터만 녹아서 훌러 나오는게
빨라서 버터 강이 생기고.. 15분 되도 안익어서, 190도까지 올려서 15분 더 구우니깐 익더라고요;;;;
(오래된 빌트인 오븐인것도 한몫...)

옅네요... 다음엔 레몬즙 줄이고 슈가파우더 더 퍼넣는걸로..

버터가 녹아서 다 새버려서 버터맛도 거의 안나고...
버터가 증기화된것 + 부족한 열량으로 오래익힘 으로
스콘식감이 아니고, 질긴 빵 식감이 되버렸네요 ㅠㅠ
버터맛 안나도 맛은 맛있는데, 식감이 너무 구려요
