Regarding the second question i would say that there are 3 main differences between the two grinders, 1 diameter of the burrs 50mm for the manuale and 55mm for the specialità, 2 power; 260W for the manuale and 310W for the specialità. The last one is about the functions of the grinder as on the specialità you can program with the touch screen display 2 doses where on the manuale you need to weight every time the quantity of the coffee.
