Each feature is turned on or accessed differently, and some are just on web or just on app. Would you mind reading through these steps and checking each feature you care about, in case you actually do have it, and just didn't know how to find it? Each rollout on its own schedule, so you could have any of these in any order of getting them: Voice is for app only, iphone and Android (Make sure you download the OpenAI ChatGPT and no competitor). To check for it, inside the app check settings, beta features to turn it on, then the headset icon to use. It works with either 3.5 or 4 model. Vision is for app and web, and people can get it on one or the other first (but not rolling out to the EU/UK yet). For Vision, in a new chat, hover over GPT-4 and pick the default GPT-4. Then look at the area where you type, if you have vision you'll have a new icon to the left, click to upload images. Dall-E's rollout is expected to take across October, and they also started adding it to the app as well as the web. To check to see if you have Dall-E, follow the steps for vision, but select Dall-E instead of the Default GPT-4, in both web or app. Bing-assisted search is for app and web, and again can get in either first. It has to be turned on in each, through settings/beta features, then selected in a new chat similar to how Dalle is picked.
