3일 테헤란의 이맘 호메이니 후세이니야 모스크에서 진행된 조문식. 영상에서 볼수있듯이 수많은 사람이 참여했다.
그렇게 2주전 토요일부터 시작된 장례식은 하메네이의 관을 수도인 테헤란부터 시작해서 콤과 옆동네 국가인 이라크를(특히 시아파 성지인 카르발라와 나자프)를 거쳐 하메네이의 고향인 마슈하드까지 운구하는 과정을 거치는데, 이래나 저래나 단순 이란 최고지도자를 넘어 시아파 종교적 지도자 중 한명이 적의 공습에 사망했으니 엄청 많은 관중의 수가 장례식에 참여했고, 대통령 페제시키안, 외무장관 아라그치. 혁명수비대 총사령관 바하디, 쿠스드군 사령관 카니를 비롯한 행정부와 군 관계자들도 장례 행렬에 참여했음. 트럼프도 하메네이의 장례식에서 저렇게 많은 수의 사람들이 경외하는 것에 샘이 났는지 "하메네이 미워할줄 알았는데 많은 사람이 눈물 흘려 놀랍다", "저거 가짜 눈물 아니냐고" 타령함.

9일 장례식의 종착지인 마슈하드
이렇게 진행된 장례식은 9일 마슈하드에서 하메네이의 관을 안장함으로서 끝이 났고, 이것 말고도 여러 인상적인 장면들이 있기는 한데 사진 외 동영상이 너무 많은 관계로 일단 트위터에서 본것만 올림.
