New Reviews

RPGnet added three great new reviews last week:

Threads You Might Have Missed

Other Media took on a topic guaranteed to generate controversy amongst comic fans last week: "Comic book eras. What is the modern one? What was the previous one?"

Also worth a stop in OM are two dueling threads custom-made for awards season: "Worst 'Best Picture'?" and "Best 'Worst Picture'?"

In selecting threads for this feature, the Newsletter usually alternates weeks between the RPG-based and non-RPG-based portions of the forums. This week, though, there's a very interesting thread in TRO that deserves mention: "What do dice rolls represent?" It's a fundamental question in both RPG play and design, and there is some fascinating discussion going on right now. Seriously. Go jump in.
