앰뷸런스 안에는 따뜻하며, 의료 물품 대신에 편안한 좌석이 있는 접대 장소가 있고, 2명의 정신 건강 간호사와 한명의 응급구조사(paramedic)이 있다고 함

Mental health nurse Anki Björnsdotter said the crew speaks with the patient at the scene of an attempted suicide to calm them down and decide if they need to be transported to the hospital, or given a ride home.

Björnsdotter added that one third of all cases required no further psychiatric assessment, with crisis intervention being made on site.

또한 Björnsdotter씨는 케이스들중 1/3은 위기 개입(1)이 현장에서 이뤄지고 있는 상황에서 추가적인 정신의학적 평가는 필요하지 않았다고 덧붙임
