콘돌리자 라이스 전 미국 국무장관이 총기소유의 자유를 규정한 수정헌법 2조를 현대 사회에 맞게 수정할 필요가 있다는 주장을 내놓았다.
1791년에 제정된 수정헌법 2조는 "잘 규율된 민병대는 자유로운 주(State)의 안보에 필수적이므로, 무기를 소장하고 휴대하는 인민의 권리는 침해될 수 없다(A well regulated Militia, being necessary to the security of a free State, the right of the people to keep and bear Arms, shall not be infringed)"는 내용이다.
근데 불가능할 듯

그 안좋은 치안을 총이 악화시키고 있는거 보면 모르냐
당장 총기금지 시킨다고 민간에 총이 없어지는게 아니자너 규제를 바꿔야지
