아아주 빠르게 결론 부분만 체크한거라서 본론이랑 서론은 아직 안 봤음. 아마 크게 특징적인 건 없을 거 같긴 한데...


167. The IAEA is still gravely concerned about the situation at the ZNPP – this hasn’t changed. The Seven Pillars have all been compromised at the site. Therefore, the IAEA has made recommendations against each of the Seven Pillars.


ZNPP(자포리자 원자력 발전소. 엔너호다/에네르호다르에 있는 그거 맞음)의 상황에 대해 우려한다는 결론 부분. 글에 Seven Pillars가 훼손 되었다는 부분이 있는데 이건 뭐 다른 건 아니고 다음의 7가지 요소를 뜻함.


12. The IAEA has been regularly assessing the situation against these Seven Pillars, 

which are the following:

1. The physical integrity of the facilities — whether it is the reactors, fuel ponds or radioactive waste stores — must be maintained;

2. All safety and security systems and equipment must be fully functional at all times;

3. The operating staff must be able to fulfil their safety and security duties and have the capacity to make decisions free of undue pressure; 

4. There must be secure off-site power supply from the grid for all nuclear sites;

5. There must be uninterrupted logistical supply chains and transportation to and from the sites;

6. There must be effective on-site and off-site radiation monitoring systems and emergency preparedness and response measures; and

7. There must be reliable communications with the regulator and others


이것들은 무력 충돌시 핵 안전과 안보를 보장하기 위한 7가지 필수 조건이라고 보면 됨

당연한 소리지만 ZNPP는 전투가 끝난 지역도 아니고 최전선이라서 지금 저게 지켜질 리가 없고...(더군다나 IAEA 온다고 폴스 플래그까지 감행하는 새끼들이 누군데;)

아마도 하루~이틀 이내로 다시 보고서 요약본이 뉴스위크나 CNN or 뉴욕타임즈 등지에서 기사 형태로 올라올 거 같긴 하니 그 때 가서 그걸 보면 되지 않을?까 싶어요

가장 최근인 9월 4일자 기록에도 On 4 September, Ukraine reported further shelling impacting the top of Special Building 1, the railway/road in front of Reactor Building 2, and an elevated walkway for personnel between Buildings 2 and 3. 이런 거 있는 거 보면 상황이 영 꼬롬하다는 인상은 지울 수가 없네.
