스트렐코프가 드디어 푸틴 직접 비판. 러시아는 군사적 패배 직전에 있으며, 무능한 장군들과 부패한 관료들뿐만 아니라, 최고사령관인 푸틴도 책임을 져야 한다고 말함. 전쟁 중에 최고 사령관을 바꾸는 것은 반대하나, 비판을 하는 자들의 부재는 재앙을 막긴 커녕 지연시키지도 못할 것이라고 말함.
