- 러시아 연방은 전일제 대학생들의 대규모 동원을 준비하고 있습니다. 러시아에서는 다음 동원의 물결을 보장하기 위한 조치가 취해지고 있습니다.


현재 고등교육기관 학생들의 대량 동원 기회가 적극적으로 증가하고 있습니다.
이를 위해 풀 타임 학생에게 소환장을 제공하는 군부 장관에게 도움을 줄 소위 "경고 스테이션"이 만들어지고 있습니다.


특히 Novosibirsk State Pedagogical University, Tomsk Polytechnic University 및 Tomsk State Pedagogical University의 경영진은 기관의 구조적 부서가 "경고 스테이션"에서 일할 특정 수의 학생과 직원을 할당하도록 의무화하는 문서를 발행했습니다.


공식적으로 동원 대상이 아닌 시민들도 이 작업에 참여할 예정입니다. 동시에 Tomsk Polytechnic University에서 "지구"구성에 포함되는 것은 특정 학생 및 직원의 동의 또는 사전 통지 없이 이루어집니다.

Representatives of the higher management of educational institutions are appointed to manage the "districts".


It is important that the next wave of mobilization in the Russian Federation does not require additional legal grounds, since the "partial mobilization" announced in September 2022 was never officially completed.


It is likely that the mobilization will be carried out by April 1 - the beginning of the spring draft for conion. If necessary, the start of the draft can be postponed.
