The VChK-OGPU Telegram channel has published a set of logistics orders, likely leaked as part of the ongoing war of words between the Russian MOD and Wagner. The latter's head, Yevgeny Prigozhin, has recently been complaining about a "shell famine".

A source has told VChK-OGPU that "there was a catastrophic shortage of shells in the 155th Marine Brigade of the Pacific Fleet. In the absence of proper support, the marines perform tasks that are unusual for their purpose in the Vuhledar direction, at the cost of significant manpower losses".
