UAE에서 두 번째로 큰 에미레이트 NBD 은행은 제재와 관련하여 #러시아인의 투자 계좌를 차단하기 시작했습니다.

자산은 별도의 계좌로 이체되며 UAE 거주자라도 인출할 수 없습니다. 유가 증권에 대한 지불 양도는 제한됩니다.

#EU, #스위스 및 유럽 경제 지역 거주자에게만 예외가 적용됩니다.
