데이비드 캐머런 영국 외무장관은 “납치자들을 석방하는 대가로 가자 지구에서 40일 동안 휴전을 하자는 제안이 있다”며 “하마스에 제출된 제안에는 수천 명의 팔레스타인 포로 석방이 포함돼 있다”고 말했다.
