I have a theory:
I think russia has the capability to produce new tank hulls from scratch, after all it would be a huge failure if they lost that capability over the past 5 years. I think they are refurbishing old hulls as that is easier and cheaper then building from scratch https://t.co/JCiZj6C27D

I believe this is the first footage russia has posted where they show (supposedly) the production of new T-90M hulls. Can any of twitter’s tank experts give an opinion, does this look legit?
