아랍 외교 소식통은 이스라엘과 헤즈볼라 간의 휴전 회담을 언급하며 레바논 네트워크 LBCI에 "전략부 장관 론 데르머는 중재자 아모스 호흐슈타인에게 이스라엘이 레바논에서 전쟁을 계속하고 있으며 이스라엘에 제시된 제안에 동의하지 않을 것이라고 알렸다"고 말했다. 그는 "미국, 카타르, 프랑스, 터키 정보국 간의 회의가 시작되었다. 중재자들은 해결책에 도달할 가능성에 대한 희망을 잃지 않았다. 프랑스와 미국은 네타냐후와 대화할 것이고 카타르와 터키는 이란 고위 관리들과 회의를 가질 것이다"고 덧붙였다.
