핵확산조약 10조 


모든 체결국은 본 조약상의 문제에 관련되는 비상사태가 자국의 지대한 이익을 위태롭게 하고 있을 경우에는 본 조약으로부터 탈퇴할 수 있다




Each Party shall in exercising its national sovereignty have the right to withdraw from the Treaty if it decides that extraordinary events, related to the subject matter of this Treaty, have jeopardized the sureme interests of its country. It shall give notice of such withdrawal to all other Parties to the Treaty and to the United Nations Security Council three months in advance. Such notice shall include a statement of the extraordinary events it regards as having jeopardized its sureme interests.
