전후 대선하고 윗층 물갈이는 꼭 해야할듯 그 전엔 서방 일원으로 인정받기 어려움 지금은 일단 전쟁 중이라 트럼프나 유럽도 젤렌스키 정당성에 크게 딴지 안 걸고 대충 넘기는거지... 전후에도 물갈이 못 하면 원조 삭감이나 그런 식으로 대응할듯
