이건 러시아 연방보안국에서 어제(11/26) 공개한 것으로, 이번 우크라이나 해군함정 나포사건으로 러시아측에 신병이 구속된 상태인 우크라이나 장병들의 심문 영상입


니다. 요는 장병들의 신원과 무슨 목적으로 케르치 해협에 접근하였는지를 말하는 것인데, 영상설명을 보니 우크라이나 해군 뿐만이 아니라 우크라이나 보안국(SBU)


요원도 있군요. 영상에 나온 장병은

이렇습니다. 물론 현재 러시아에 있는 우크라이나 장병들의 입장상 강요가 있었을 가능성도 있으니 나중에 장병들이 석방되어서 우크라이나에 간 뒤에 다시 발언을


들어봐야겠지요. 사실 우크라이나 입장에서야 당연히 크림 반도를 러시아의 영토로 인정하지 않으며 국제법과 2003년 러시아와 우크라이나가 맺은 협정에 의거해서 우크


라이나 해군함정은 자유롭게 항해를 해서 마리우폴까지 갈 권리가 있다는 것이고, 러시아의 입장은 크림 반도(+케르치 해협)는 러시아의 영토이고 통행금지를 한 입장에서


경고를 무시하고 진입하는 군함을 억류했다는 것입니다.
