Fixed the Arcane Aegis Shield recharge being delayed by a couple seconds instead of being instant.


패치 전 아케인 이지스는 발동하고나서 계속 맞고있으면 버프시간만 흐르고 회복안되는 버그 있었는데

즉시 회복되는걸로 바낀건가?
