@글쓴 ㅇㅇ(59.17) 좀 더 파보면 C5ISR/EW Modular Open Suite of Standards의 줄임말로 크기, 무게, 전력, 비용(SWaP-C)을 절감하고 기존에 전용화된 체계 대신 MORA나 SOSA 같은 기술 표준들과 호환성을 갖추고 지상차량이나 항공기 등에 바로 연결해 쓸 수 있는 플러그 앤 플레이를 갖춘 개방형 표준이라는데. 미 육군이 주도하는 것 같고.
