한 여자가 얼굴에 있는 작은 상처를 성형수술로 지웠다.

A woman removed a small scar on her face with plastic surgery.


성격이 변했다.

Her personality has changed.


훨씬 더 밝아졌고 자신감이 생겼다.

She became much brighter and more confident.


그 상처는 본인만 알고 있는 곳에 있어서,


The scar was in a place that only she knew,

(The scar was somewhere only she knew.)


다른 사람들은 알지도 못했다.


so other didn't noticed it at all.

있는지도 몰랐다

They didn't even know it existed.


Outer image 변화는 아무도 몰랐지만

No one knew the change of her outer image,


Inner image 변화는 모두들 느꼈다.

but everyone felt change of her inner image .


우리의 self image는 약하다.

Our self image is weak.


우리 모두 자신을 잘 모르기 때문에.

Because we all don't know ourselves very well.
