적용을 할지는 트럼프 마음이고 아직은 구체적으로 어떻게할지는 아무도 모르지만, petition이 아니라 change of status라는건 무슨 개소리냐. f1인데 h1b신청petition을 해서 허가가 되면 비자가 바뀌는게 change of status인건데.
