1) First of all, set the download speed in the torrent app to 1 kbps, to protect your ratio, in case you mess up.
2) Move all downloaded content into the folder you have specified as your download folder in the torrent app. Usually called something like "Downloads".
3) Drop all torrent files back into the torrent app. The app should check your download folder first to see if it can find the downloaded content. When that's the case, the app automatically starts seeding.
4) Set the download speed back to normal.
